1. Return Policy (Doorstep Inspection Only)

When Returns Are Allowed: To ensure maximum transparency and convenience, returns are exclusively permitted at the exact moment the courier is at your doorstep.

Inspection Process: Upon delivery, you are welcome to inspect your items in front of the courier.

Courier Return Fee: If you decide to reject or return an item during this doorstep delivery, you must hand the item back to the courier immediately. In this scenario, you are only required to pay the shipping/delivery fee for the attempted delivery.

Final Sale: Once the courier has left your premises and the delivery is completed, returns are no longer accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

No Exchanges: We do not allow exchanges for any items. If you would like a different item, color, or style, you must return your current order to the courier upon doorstep delivery (paying the applicable shipping fee) and place a brand-new order on our website.

Defective or Damaged Items: While we carefully inspect our jewelry and accessories before shipping, please check your items immediately upon arrival in front of the courier. If an item arrives broken or damaged, report it to the courier instantly.
